Optical Liquid Level Sensors
The OS Series uses infrared light refraction through a polished prism tip for precise point-level sensing of water and most liquids. No moving parts, no calibration required after installation, rated up to 250 PSIG. Immune to foam, bubbles, and turbulence.

Digital Optical Liquid Level Sensor
An infrared LED shines into a polished prism tip — when dry, total internal reflection returns light to the photodiode and the output holds. When the prism contacts liquid, the refractive index change breaks total internal reflection and the output switches instantly. No mechanical wear, reliable over millions of wet/dry cycles, up to 250 PSIG.
